This full length door will not work with the factory hard lower quarter door. If you were to remove this quarter door then our full length door will work for your UTV. Again, this listing is a full length door NOT compatible with Factory hard lower Quarter Doors. Refer to our other listings for Short length doors if Factory Suicide Doors are installed on your UTV. LEVEL 2 Lexan Windshield Includes. Our Premium, Level 2 Lexan Windshields are 1 piece Windshield made from standard Lexan 9034 with flex trim along the hood line and sides. We use Quick Connect Clamps to secure to the roll cage. They include Dual Vents(vents can be omitted if you wish). This same UTV goes under the following names in other countries.

These MODULAR Doors can be fully removed using the zipper (great for full removal during the warmer months). The door can also unzip, then roll back and be secured in an open position with the velcro tabs/snaps sewn into the enclosure (great for fall days when it is cold when you start out but then warms up in the afternoon). Lexan Windshield includes our Dual Vent design. The dual vents run across the bottom in front of the driver and another in front of the passenger.

They open and close by sliding the panel. These Enclosures for the CF Moto ZForce is 100% Fully Modular. Every piece is made to work with the other.

The enclosure is available in solid colors of Heavy Duty top gun marine canvas or in Camo patterns made of heavy duty Cordura nylon. The TOP GUN marine canvas fabric is water repellent, tear resistant, puncture resistant, and UV resistant.

Black and Beige are in-stock colors but additional colors are available upon request. The 1000 denier Cordura nylon Camo patterns have a polyurethane backing for water resistance. This is the same high quality fabric found in the big name backpacks. This rugged fabric is made from Invista's acclaimed, patented high performance polymer, designed for superior strength and abrasion resistance.

The WINDSHIELD is 1/4 Lexan so it will not bow at high speed and door & back windows are made of 30 gauge Aqua-View smoked vinyl allowing for an uninhibited view and total clarity. The enclosure adheres to the cab with heavy duty Velcro hook & loop along with 2 Poly-Pro webbing that is manufactured for industrial use. The Poly-Pro webbing has a tensile strength of 2,000 pounds.

As with all enclosures, the full cab enclosure is hand measured and manufactured in the USA for superior fit and quality. The product kit includes the adhesive Velcro as well as installation and care instructions. This enclosure is BRAND NEW. Made to Order for YOU!

The material withstands being stretched over a boat for years on end enduring the buffeting wind, blowing rain, and harsh sun. This marine canvas fabric is the Top Gun brand. It is a durable, high count woven polyester that is coated on both sides with a specially formulated polymeric coating that will not harden, crack or peel after outdoor exposure or extreme temperatures.

The coating adds UV, Mildew & Water Resistance but can still breath so it will not trap excess moisture. The stitching is a continuous multi-filament polyester yarn. Google it and you will find out just how durable this material is. Its stretch-ability is limited to 1% and this helps it to retain the nice tight fit you would expect from a high quality enclosure. You can see the large industrial sized zippers and the clarity of view through your Lexan windshield & the heavy Vinyl door windows & more. Take a close look at the windows on others, they can look pretty crinkled.

When you initially take the few extra minutes to install the enclosure properly, you will love the tight fit that makes it stand out among others. The doors roll back and strap to the rear for that open air feel. You won't have to remove doors & store them away under your seat. The Lexan Windshield is made of 1/4" Lexan which is much stronger than the 3/16" versions that will bow at high speeds with fast sport UTV's.

We also use quick connect clamps with our Lexan screens. These make installation a BREEZE! After the clamps are on your roll bar, you never have to remove them to take your windshield off. Just loosen the knob bolts to remove the Windshield.

You are getting the best of both worlds here. Our Lexan Windshields includes a 2 strip of rubber edging along the bottom and both sides. This edging protects the Windshield from hitting the roll bar when running hard and the rubber edging stops that cold. Even though one person can do it, two people are recommended to take advantage of its ability to fit tight.

The long, heavy 2 wide strips of hook & loop fasteners (Velcro) hold the enclosure tight in place. This kit comes with full instructions. Due to the fact that the ROPS and/or accessories on the UTV can vary, such as hard windshield and/or poly top, there is no one fit all situation regarding the attachment points of the windshield and/or poly top to the ROPS. Thus, the webbing of our soft enclosure will need to be cut to go around any of these attachment points. This is an easy process to perform and in the instructions.

Feel free to request a copy of the instructions. This applies mostly to styles that work with an existing hard windshield, poly top, or hard back panel such as Soft DOOR Kit, Soft Doors + Rear Panel combo, or Soft Back Panel styles of enclosures. NOTE: This applies more to SOFT DOORS, the DOOR & REAR combo, and BACK PANEL enclosure styles. Enclosures are attached to the roll bars, frame members, and/or body at various points using Velcro with self adhesive backing (placement will be different for each make/model). These pre-cut Adhesive Hook & Loop strips are applied to the various attachment points (roll bar, frame, and/or body) and will remain there if you decide to remove the enclosure during the warmer months. Most owners elect to leave the enclosures on during the warmer months and if they include doors, they run with them secured in the open position.

Some owners remove the enclosure completely and elect to leave the Velcro attached to the UTV for easy attachment the next winter. However, we have a small group who remove the Velcro from the roll bars, frame, and/or body completely when they remove the enclosure during the warmer months. The Velcro can be removed and the surface cleaned with a remover like Goof-Off. For these individuals, we sell a replacement adhesive Velcro kit. NOTE: This applies mostly to styles that work with an existing hard windshield, poly top, or hard back panel such as Soft DOOR Kit, Soft Doors + Rear Panel combo, or Soft Back Panel styles of enclosures.

This is an easy process to perform. Install enclosure first and be sure you are satisfied with the fit. Once satisified, cut to go around the brackets and seal the raw edge with a match or lighter to seal (have a damp rag handy just in case). Option 20 Install Grommets in lower edge of both Doors, to secure enclosure while hauling (bungie under UTV from driver side to passenger side).
